A finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX, este paseo, hoy diáfano en anchura, lucía tres hileras de enormes álamos, dividiendo el espacio en dos majestuosos pasillos.
En diciembre de 1924 se derriban estos árboles dando lugar a nuevas transformaciones en todo el Campo. El pavimento de mármol es un mosaico obra de Antonio Suárez.
A últimos del sieglu XIX y primeros del XX, esti paséu, güei diáfanu a lo ancho, tenía trés fileres d’álamos pergrandes, estremando l’espaciu en dos pasillos maxestosos.
N’avientu del 1924, váltense estos árboles provocando tresformaciones en tou El Campo. El pavimentu de mármole ye un mosaicu obra d’Antonio Suárez.
At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th, this promenade, today diaphanous in width, boasted three rows of enormous poplars, dividing the space into two majestic corridors.
In December 1924 these trees were felled giving rise to new transformations throughout the Field. The marble pavement is a mosaic work by Antonio Suárez.
